The coffee sector is constantly evolving, just as the needs of the consumer, which become more and more articulate and personal. Even the barista, the joining link between the producers within the industry and the final consumers, changes, takes different forms and values depending on the context and the market in which he/she operates.
Very often, the frenzy and the tight rhythms of daily life make it difficult to share concrete experiences difficult, limiting those reflections and analyses that usually generate knowledge and incentives to improve oneself.
For this reason, without expectations, Dear Coffee wants to be a place of sharing, a container of experiences and points of view, to increase the Coffe culture and stimulate new ideas.
